About the Role

Our client, a leading global insurance services firm, is hiring an Invoice Compliance Analyst for its Revenue & Compliance team. This is a contract-to-hire role with an 8–12 month contract period.

You’ll combine technical accuracy with cross-team collaboration: auditing revenue documentation, working with internal partners to resolve discrepancies, and driving process improvements. Your work will be visible across the organization, with chances to present findings to leadership and mentor junior colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Audit revenue documentation and reconcile client records for compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX, SSAE 16, tax regulations, and U.S./local GAAP
• Work with internal business partners to obtain or correct missing or inaccurate documentation to complete audits
• Prepare and analyze accounting reports and consolidated statements to reconcile client revenue, presenting findings to client teams and senior managers as needed
• Help develop, implement, and document internal accounting policies and onshore/offshore team transitions, including process improvements for revenue review and invoicing
• Review and guide the work of junior accountants and offshore staff
• Provide functional advice and training to colleagues and client teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (an Associate’s degree with relevant experience is also considered)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially for reconciliations and compliance reviews
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
